Make the almond satay sauce, start with the almond butter and add in liquids while mixing the almond butter one at a time to keep consistency 2. Cut up the vegetables 3. Follow packet instructions on how to cook vermicelli noodles. Prepare then drain 4. Dampen a tea towel and place on a bench 5. Add warm water to a large plate and place in rice paper sheet then lay on tea towel 6. Smear a small amount of the satay sauce, then place in individual ingredients 7. Roll together.
