Brian, his wife and his daughter were on their way home when Brian pulled over to take his bipolar medicine. Before it could kick in he had a psychotic episode. His wife Anna would call 911. The entire 911 call is about 13 minutes long. When police showed up they would tase him twice, this being the cause of his d3ath I do not post this 911 call to disrespect Brian or his family.
