Here’s a loose guideline for how often you should be washing your clothes. The truth is you don’t HAVE TO wash them after a single wear. This of course depends on how much you typically sweat, how long you wore that item for, etc. If what you’re wearing got dirty or sweaty in one single wear, then please wash it 😂 but if you wore a tee for a few hours, it’s likely you can at least get another wear before throwing it in the laundry.
