Replying to @Dotun I dont drink diet soda and heres some of the reasons why. I used to go to hard at diet soda and I’ve changed my position. What ive realized is some people are so addicted to soda that they do not have the willpower to go straight to water. Ill still never drink them but if it is helping you lose weight then yes that is a good thing. Im always willing to adjust my views and explain my takes on stuff a bit deeper.
