FRENCH ONION SOUP PASTINA 😮‍💨🔥 I can make pasina variations forever… recipe below⬇️ You’ll need: Pastina (stelline pasta - about 12oz) 3 cups vegetable broth (about) 3 onions 1 tbsp butter 2 tbsp olive oil Boursin Garlic and Herb cheese Parmesan cheese Garlic powder, salt & pepper To make: 1. Slice onions, cook over medium heat with 1 tbsp olive oil until translucent, then turn heat to low, cover pan and cook for 1.5 - 2 hours, mixing every now and then until golden/deep brown 2. Add pasta with butter and another tbsp olive oil, mix around 3. Add in broth with garlic powder, salt and pepper 4. Mix and bring pot to a boil, then lower heat and cook for 5 min (until pasta is cooked) 5.
