Remember, you only see what people want you to see on the internet. I’ve never wanted to show this side of me as it almost made me feel weak & embarrassed. I fill my page with the fun things I am able to do when I am well enough, my kids happiness and silly family life. But the older I get the more I realise that what other people think of you does not matter, maybe I should start showing the daily struggles I live with more to remove the stigma behind hidden disabilities as you all only ever see me when I am “fine”.
