#bananapuddingxmillefeuille a fusion of a creamy classic & flaky puff pastry for the ultimate dessert. @MilkUP Ontario RECIPE: makes two 4” cakes. 7oz sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup skim milk 1 cup 35% heavy cream 1/2 pkg instant vanilla pudding 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp vanilla bean seeds or extract mix condensed milk, skim milk, instant pudding mix and salt for 2 mins to remove lumps and refrigerate for 1 hour. once cooled add your whipped heavy cream & vanilla, fold to combine. 1 pkg frozen puff pastry, thawed unroll and bake both 9x9” squares at 410 degrees for 15 mins or until golden brown. compress down with baking sheet and let cool before slicing each into 4 squares. slice 2 bananas and lay out on 6 of the 8 puff pastry squares. top each of the squares (with bananas) with two scoops of pudding and stack, placing your last plain pastry square on top—creating two separate 4-layer cakes. refrigerate for 4 hours for a softer texture and serve. #milkuppartner #bananapudding #magnoliabakery #bakingtiktok #puffpastry
