Baked Crispy Chicken Wings are one of the easiest foods to make if you’re trying to eat a little healthier! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🤤 Yields a personal sized small batch of 12 cut wings which is about 1.5 pounds. 1 1/2 Pounds Whole Chicken Wings Cut 1/2 Cup of Green Seasoning (see my ebook recipe) 1 Tbsp Baking Powder 1/2 Tsp of Dried Thyme 1/2 Tsp of Garlic Powder 1/2 Tsp of Season All 1/2 Tsp of Dried Parsley 1/2 Tsp of Adobo Seasoning 1/2 Tsp of Salt 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp of Smoked Paprika Make sure your wings are completely dry before adding any seasoning or add the seasoning and let them dry in the refrigerator. If you are looking to get crispy oven baked chicken, you do not want moisture in the wings before baking them at a high temp. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl with the dry wings, add the baking powder then the seasonings and toss until coated. Add in the green seasoning and toss again until the wings are fully coated. On a baking sheet with a wire rack, lay them down individually and give the wings a little dusting of paprika. Do not over do it with the paprika. Your wings will be black. Pro Tip: Bake with the presentation side down first (which is the top skin side down) and then flip halfway through. Bake for 40 minutes (oven temps may vary depending on the oven) flipping them at the 20 minute mark. Your wings should should be crispy and ready to serve.
