Pasta e Cucuzza/ Zucchini not Spaghetti Squash! There is a difference! My sister- in- law Lisa taught me this recipe and it’s been a staple at all her family get togethers ever since! I couldn’t find any good zucchini today so I used yellow squash. Luckily for us it was the same result, deliciousness ❤️ the soppressata, grilled scallions, olives, bread, and gorgonzola from Italy made this one of my favorite dinners in this house so far!
