I graduated in 2009 and I immediately went to university, not having any clue of what I wanted to study. Quickly I realize university was not for me and took a few years off to gain life experience. In 2013 I had my daughter and I realize the importance of language and culture. That’s when I knew I wanted to be an indigenous teacher.
