Replying to @Swoosh AN HONEST REVIEW OF ALEGRIA TACOS IN OAKLAND PARK, FLORIDA So many of you commented on a previous video that I needed to check out Alegria Tacos in Oakland Park so here's an honest and comprehensive review. It's a small place on a corner and it seems to be popular because the lady in front was friendly and greeted most of the people who came in by name. I got 3 tacos, a torta and a water with the bill coming out to $31.40 but I'll come back to that at the end. You know when you take the first bite of your food and it's so good it triggers the switch in your brain to make a face at it...that was the al pastor taco here. The carnitas and chorizo were really good but that one was a level above. Also the tortillas had a little crisp to them that made took 'em up a notch. The torta was huge, I got it with al pastor and all it's usual fixings like avocado, lettuce, tomato, sour cream etc. and it'll satisfy anyone coming in with a big appetite. Now back to the bill, each taco I ordered was $4.55 and the torta was just under $15. This economy sucks but I think you should still check this place out.
