I’m back on @grownish filming its 100th episode. We had a beautiful celebration on the lot the other day and it really put my accomplishments into perspective. Grownish is my 2nd show to reach over 100 episodes following Secret Life of the American Teenager. I have been working so hard since I was 16 years old and to be here 19 years later with over 200 episodes of television in my resume and still going is something I’m truly grateful for and want to acknowledge. It has not been easy, all three shows I was a part of were a fight for me to be in. I fought for every role because I wasn’t originally chosen to be in them. I’m grateful for all the people that fought with me and all of you for supporting me and wanting me on your screens. I also want to acknowledge my time on How I Met Your Father. This show truly ended way too soon. It was one of the greatest learning experiences of my life and I discovered a talent for comedy that I didn’t believe I had. Thank you to everyone on that show. It was truly an honor to work with every single one of you. Ok I’m done being mushy. On to the next chapter of my career 🫶🏽
