RECIPE: PINK GOAT CHEESE DEVILED EGGS 🌿💕 Ingredients - 6 eggs - Juice from one 12 oz jar of pickled beets - 4 oz fresh goat cheese - 2 tbsp mayo - 1 tsp dijon mustard - 2 tsp lemon juice - 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh dill - Salt and pepper to taste - Additional dill and smoked paprika to garnish TO MAKE 1. Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan, cover with water until submerged. Cover with a lid and heat on high until boiling, then remove from heat and let sit for 10-12 minutes. 2. Place in ice bath and once cool, peel the eggs. Submerge them in a bowl of beet juice and let sit for 30 minutes to an hour (the longer the soak, the darker the color) 3. Once soaked, slice in half lengthwise and remove yolks. 4. In a food processor, combine eggs yolks, goat cheese, mayo, dijon, dill, lemon juice salt and pepper. 5.
