Felling bloated and having cellulite is something almost all women experience. It's totally normal, but sometimes it can make me feel a bit self-conscious. So here are six simple things I practice to help improve my skin and bloating: Drink Less Sugary Drinks & alcohol: It's important not to have too many sugary drinks like soda & alcohol. They can make you eat more snacks than you need, which might increase body fat and make cellulite more noticeable. Drink Lots of Water: Try to drink plenty of water every day - about 2.5-3L. Water is super good for you; it helps detox your body can make you feel less puffy. Eat Fresh Foods Instead of Packaged Snacks: Foods that come in boxes or bags often have a lot of salt, which can make your body hold onto water and make cellulite look more obvious. Eating fresh fruits, veggies, and other natural foods is much better for you. Try Dry Brushing: Spend 10 minutes each day using a special brush on your skin. This helps your body's cleaning system work better and can reduce the look of cellulite. Eat a Balanced Diet: Make sure you're eating a good mix of foods - like proteins (found in things like chicken and beans), healthy fats (like in nuts and avocados), and carb cycle. This helps your body stay healthy and strong. Exercises: Activities like circuit training (doing different exercises one after the other), lifting weights, or running fast for a short time are really good for making your muscles stronger and can help make cellulite less visible.
