this was a cheesecake i hadn’t tried before so thats why it was this bad. the next time i have it i’ll be fine, but any new foods my brain automatically says i’m allergic and my throat will close up. dont think anyone realises how exhausting this symptom of PANDAS is. its not as obvious as my seizures but the anxiety it puts me through is rubbish😞i get physical symptoms too due to the anxiety at the time, theyre like small panic attacks its horrible.
