Mix until thoroughly combined. Scoop 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture into a silicone lined muffin tin. Freeze the yogurt in the muffin tin for about 1 hour. Place chocolate chips, peanut butter, and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted. Remove the frozen yogurt from the muffin tin and dip each one into the melted chocolate, making sure to coat both sides. Place the coated yogurt onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle sea salt on top of the yogurt and freeze until it becomes solid.
