Confidence isnāt just something people are born with. Itās something you can learn and master.Ā By doing what I call Elevated Self Work I managed to completely transform my self-confidence and self-esteem. I did this in four simple steps: 1. Identifying and working through limiting beliefs 2. Visualizing my Elevated Self 3. Subconscious Integration 4. Soft Positive Progress (Action Steps) The more I showed up as my Elevated Self, the more I became her and over time, my life transformed around me. Now living as my elevated self is becoming more natural and comfortable than who I used to be. I used this exercise to work on my self-confidence and ended up changing my entire reality. If you want to take your first steps as your Elevated Self, THE MEDITATIONS and Beauty Essentials utilise this method and much more. They are so helpful and can guide you through shifting your mindset and transforming your life. You can find the š at the top of my profile. Now, itās your turn. If this sounds too good to be true. Try it! Start small and work up from there. Make sure to comment below which step you are most excited to try first! #confidencetips #confident #confidentwomen #howtobeconfident

There are so many ways to lower your cortisol levels naturally here are my favorite: SAVE THIS VIDEO FOR LATER š«¶š» 1. EFT Tapping - has been proven to reduce cortisol drastically and I used it to remove my self-limiting beliefs and reduce the emotional charge behind them when it came to my health and my body. The more I learn about EFT the more I would say itās the quickest way to work on this! 2. Removing stress from my life as much as possible to regulate my hormones was huge. This included the content I was consuming, relationships, even workouts and diets that didnāt serve me. 3. Focusing heavily on lymphatic drainage both for my face and body. I begin every day with Gua Sha, Facial Massage or Dry Brushing. 4. I stopped intermittent fasting and having coffee in the morning. Intermittent fasting can have a terrible effect on the female hormones, progesterone and estrogen and caffeine increases our stress hormone production (bad). I have been able to reintroduce caffeine through slow release sources like matcha and tea now that my symptoms have stabilized. If I find myself feeling more stressed or anxious it is the first thing I reduce or limit. But the biggest thing that helped me was my meditation practice. I used meditation to remove my self limiting beliefs, rewire negative thought patterns and visualise living as my the most elevated version of myself. I would argue this was the biggest cause for my transformation. Even when I was doing everything right and had learned about balancing cortisol and hormones, I saw SUCH a huge difference when I started meditating on self-love, body confidence and visualizing my lymphatic system functioning healthily. I also visualized my hormones being optimally balanced. I made my own meditation using neuroplasticity principles for this and it changed everything for me. This was the early version of what is now THE BODY which I will is in THE MEDITATIONS you can find them through the š at the top of my page. disclaimer: not medical advice (wellness journey, hormone balance, cortisol balance, meditation, health and wellness)

How to find out what your āenoughā is: First, save this for later! Itās so easy to get sucked into generalized wellness advice. Especially when thereās so much information available at our fingertips. Wherever we look someone is telling us that thereās this incredible 5 day program that will instantly get them the body of their dreams. Or heavily restrictive diet that will change their life as it did for some celebrity (that has probably never heard of it). At the height of my hormonal issues these trends were - HIIT Training, Keto, Intermittent fasting, restrictive diets, 5am classes and F45. While some of those things can bring results at first (though none of them did for me), theyāre all high stress activities and in the long run tend to do the opposite of what weāre trying to achieve. Especially if you have any underlying health conditions hormonally or otherwise. So how can we decide whatās best for us? Here are some of the best tips I have: 1. Understand that your ābestā doesnāt mean what you think it does - Doing your best doesnāt mean doing absolutely everything you can possibly do until you nearly drop dead. It means what can your positive output be before you become fatigued or stressed. This looks different every single day. 2. The best way to test this is to commit to showing up for 90minutes, even if youāre tired. If you are still feeling terrible after 90 minutes, thatās your best. If not, show up for another hour and continue adding 1 hour until you feel fatigue setting in, NOT after youāve felt tired for hours. Your output will be considerably more if you work energized vs fatigued. 3. Learn your human design type - This was huge for me, it teaches us all about our energy and thereās so much information on how you best show up in the world. 4. Prioritize sleep and rest - Itās a no brainer but arguably the most important. Never choose a 5am workout class over sleep. Never cram another few hour deep into the night so you can feel like youāve worked hard. Sleep is by far the most important factor in health and even work. Trust me. 5. Let go of guilt and comparison - Your baseline is your baseline, not someone elses.
