picture perfect day itinerary in Kamakura, Japan 🌊🗻 took an express train from Uedo straight to this idyllic beach town which took about an hour. enjoyed seriously perfect breads at @miyukipanyuigahama before exploring everything Kamakura had to offer. went to 📍Matsubara-An for a classically delicious soba and tempura lunch before walking to a nearby park to find Mount Fuji! finished off the day by walking through Enoshima island and watching the sun set behind Fuji. I mean…it doesn’t get much better than this :)

my top hotel rec for tokyo!! (a love letter to @HOTELGRAPHYNEZU where do i even start…from the delicious breakfast, breads and free beer to the handmade neighborhood scrapbook to each and every staff member welcoming us with a smile every day and every night, this place was just perfect. even during some pretty scary moments (we experienced an earthquake during our stay), the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt cared for and at home in their space. the surrounding Nezu/Uedo area is SO charming and such a welcome reprieve from the chaos of some of the more downtown areas. and because you’re a little further away, you’ll save some serious cash during your stay! i cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for your trip to tokyo. plz book now, go say hi to the incredible staff for me and tell them i miss them 🫶🏻🥹
