Seafood sushi bake recipe Ingredients: 2 salmon fillets 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp paprika 1.5 cups frozen bay scallops 1.5 cups imitation crab meat 8 oz softened cream cheese 1/2 cup Japanese kewpie mayo 2 tbsp sriracha Sushi rice: 4 cups cooked rice 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar / sushi vinegar 1/8 tsp salt 2 tbsp furikake seasoning Optional toppings: Kewpie mayo Sriracha Unagi sauce Fried onions/shallots Masago Green onions Roasted seaweed 1 avocado Servings: 6 Wash and cook rice. Chop imitation crab meat and bay scallops into small pieces. Season salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Cook salmon for about 7 minutes in the air fryer. Using a fork, shred the salmon then combine imitation crab, scallops, cream cheese, kewpie Mayo and sriracha together. Mix thoroughly.
