You can eat regular food, be in a deficit, lose weight and NOT feel and be miserable. Nutrition is a science but eating is a behavior 🙇🏽♀️ So many weight loss coaches put a hyper focus on the nutrition when it comes to weight loss. Vilifying food, telling their clients they’re bad or uncommitted if they eat fast food, without remembering that like…. You’re a real person. A real person who would sorta kinda like to actually enjoy the food you eat 🫠 Judging yourself based on what you’re eating should be the last thing you’re worried about. Hopefully, this community teaches you that. How does this day of eats look to you? P.S. 1700 calories is not a magic number- just a common deficit. It’s very possible to lose weight at a higher calorie intake as every individual body is different.
