As odd at the refrigerator rentals situation is, i wouldnt be surprised if landlords could get away with it, theyd charge you a rental fee for every amenity in the standard of living. Including the lock on your door. And i get that i should have looked at the fine print, but I was excited to be moving into my first space all on my own.
