Paul’s a good dude hes running from the law probation violation in Florida. His mom and his sister cut him off because of his drug and alcohol addiction. He went through college. Has a great education and Had a good job working in the Hair industry. He reminds me a lot of myself back in the day. Hopefully he doesn’t have to get much worse and reaches out so he can show up for the rest of his life. Drugs and alcohol are cunning, baffling and powerful for an addict. We can’t do it on our own, but we have to be willing to surrender and ask for help. A lot of these people in the street don’t have the resources some don’t want it but I’ll continue to give it away in order to keep it because that’s what I was taught one day at a time, one addict, working with another.
