Most people don't know what to consider when it comes to buying a water bottle or cup for someone with dementia. When I worked in memory care, I often would go to Meijer with my OT colleague and purchase (with a credit card from the community thankfully) cups and bottles for our residents depending on the needs they had. Each person had different abilities, strengths, and hydration needs. It was one of my favorite things to do!
