Here are ideas for things to start from seed during the month of July for Southern USA gardeners in zones 8 and up. The biggest piece of advice that I can give right now - is to consider sowing seeds in doors or in a screened porch or patio because the climate outside is very hostile to tender seedlings. High heat can stunt their growth.
