Her baby laugh is everything 🥹 i love how giggly and talkative she is right now ❤️ backstory ::: Kay has been loving her SAHM duties since Ellie was born. It was always something that she wanted to be able to do, and I’m so thankful that only I have to work a job while Kay can work full-time as a mommy! ❤️ She is always trying to teach Ellie new things, but is also always learning things that Ellie likes and dislikes! Kay recently learned that Ellie loves to bounce! Kay would bounce with her whenever Ellie had gas, and noticed that Ellie would always giggle during it. Over time she learned that it was the bouncing that Ellie loves so much and is always laughing at! She yelled for me to come see what she had learned. Ellie was in such a giggly mood and loved to jump up and down! 😂 Kay also showed me how Ellie likes to make sounds and “talk” for some reason she loves to do it, if kay helps her make a more silly sound! I love how Kay is learning all of these little things that makes Ellie happier! I love watching her grow and learning more about her. Ellie’s little coo was so cute! 🥹😂 backstory ::: Kay and I have been so busy the last few months, and have been away from home more than we have been at home! That has stopped for a while and we are so excited for things to slow down. 😂 I finished with work early and went to Kay to see what errands/appointments that she had for the day. She had nothing going on! So for once in a long time, we had a do nothing day! 😳 we love the days when we don’t have to do anything! ❤️ I thought it would be fun if I asked Kay to do her favorite things and see how she’d react! So I named off all of the things that she loves to do during a “do nothing” day, and she was so excited! We first watched our show that we’ve recently started and made some popcorn, then we did a little gaming! 😂 Kay hasn’t played any games in a while so that was so fun for her! Then I ordered Chinese and we had dinner! It was such a relaxing day, and we are so thankful for the random “do nothing” days! Ellie waited so patiently for the end! 😂❤️ backstory ::: Kay and I have been on an adventure for the last few weeks. Well me for a few weeks, and her for a few months. We have been traveling and getting ready for something that Kay has worked so hard on. She went and had a photoshoot. And designed. And tweaked. And she has just been doing so much. I of course have been doing my best to document the journey and it has been so fun. ❤️ We got to travel to LA which we had never been to before, and make all kinds of memories! Yesterday we finally released what she was working on, and everything was gone within a day! 😳 Everyone was so excited and resonated so much with what Kay designed. I am so proud of Kay and I’m so glad that others loved it as much as she did. She is always talking my ear off about the meaning of the pieces and all of the little details of her design. And I can just see how proud she is of it. When I told her that they were gone, she was sad. That shocked me, but I now understand why. She truly cares for others feelings and felt bad for those that she had been talking to who were going to get the pieces, but now couldn’t. She is such an empathetic person and just wants everyone around her to live a happy life, and any chance she gets to make a positive impact on other’s lives, she jumps at that opportunity. Even though it’s sad that some people missed out, many others will love what Kay designed forever! I am so proud and loved this journey! Ellie’s laugh at the end! 🥹😂 backstory ::: While at a checkup with Ellie’s doctor, we were told that she was excelling with her head support and hitting all of the milestones that she should be at for her age! He also said that if we wanted, we could start doing assisted sitting practices with her! ❤️ Kay was so excited at this news and, just recently, has been practicing with her from time to time after tummy times, not prioritizing it, but trying to give her the ability to practice some! 😂 I walked into one of these sessions and found Kay and Ellie practicing! It is so funny how Ellie will balance for a second and then accept her fate as she falls over without even trying to catch herself. 😂 It’s so funny for us to see, and Ellie seems to enjoy it too. We are so excited for her to be able to sit up on her own! It’s amazing how far she has come in only (almost) 5 months. I’m so proud of her and think that she deserves this so much! ❤️🥹 backstory ::: Kay has silently worked for months to design her own jewelry collection. She made pieces that she loves and has such a powerful meaning! ❤️ She’s always loved wearing jewelry that had a special meaning, but didn’t have many pieces like that. I have been watching her every step of the way and am so proud of her for all the time that she has put into this. ❤️ She’s really poured her heart into it.. She brought a box into the house and was really excited! She said it was the jewelry that she had been working on and this was the final version that would be going out to everyone! She said it was an unreal feeling to have jewelry that she designed that would soon be worn by others out in the world! ❤️ We opened it and she was so nervous/excited! She loved everything in the box, but started to stress that there may not be enough for everyone that wants it. Kay had a lot of amazing design ideas, but never stopped to think about how many of each piece she actually needed. 😅 Hopefully everyone who wants it, is able to get it before they are gone!
