A super quick and easy lunch/dinner or snack idea. These Buffalo chicken quesadillas are so good! Just air fry some @Tyson Foods chicken strips then slice them up and toss them in some buffalo sauce. Heat up a skillet over med. heat and put some mozzarella cheese on it. Put a tortilla on top of it. Place the chicken one 1/2 and some shredded cheddar on the other half. Flip the tortilla once the cheese has adhered to it.
