5 simple tips for weight loss💪 If you can start to build these habits in your life, it will change your health. Weight loss does not need to be as complicated as it seems. There’s lots of information that can be confusing at times, but if you break it down, it doesn’t need to be any more complicated than this. Focus on your protein, hydrate, 14 hours daily, cut out liquid calories, and reduce sugars and processed foods. Stick with whole food and eat three meals daily. Snacking late at night. And during your fast drink only water and black coffee. Do this for six days and one cheat day a week. If you don’t believe me then just try it for 7 days.
