It is a great way to add as a variation to the traditional rows. 🚨The most important part on landmine rows is to keep a straight back.🚨 ⚠️My second tip is to pull the weight up as high as you can. I reccomend using smaller plates here because that will allow us to go deeper with our elbows. I am using a large plate here because that is what I have in my studio.
