Let’s make @barbie some breakfast panckes … PINK OF COURSE! 🥞💓 Who said food can’t be #barbiecore too? These are my classic fluffy American pancakes. They’re soo easy to make and you can serve them with anything you want but I i#imaginearbie would serve them with whipped cream & sprinkles! ✨ Full recipe below: ~ INGREDIENTS: 🥞 180g plain flour 🥞 2tsp baking powder 🥞 3tbsp caster sugar 🥞 220ml milk 🥞 3tbsp melted butter 🥞 1 egg 🥞 1tsp pink food colouring ~ 🥞 Combine your dry ingredients in a large bowl. Then add in your wet ingredients and mix together until no lumps are remaining. Mix your food colouring through last thing so you can adjust the quantity if needed. 🥞 Melt a little butter in a large non-stick frying pan and portion out your pancakes. I tend to do about 2.5tbsp mixture per pancake! 🥞 Cook for 3 mins each side over a medium heat.
