Banoffee cookies 🫠🍌🍪 Ingredients: * 1 cup browned butter * 1 cup brown sugar * 1/2 cup white sugar * 2 large ripe bananas, mashed * 2 eggs * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 3 cups all-purpose flour * 1 tsp baking soda * 1/2 tsp salt * 1 cup chocolate chips * caramel or toffee filling (caramel recipe on my previous video). Instructions: * Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. * In a bowl, mashed the banana. Add browned butter, sugar and brown sugar until smooth. * Add the eggs, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture. Mix until well combined. * Mix together the flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until just combined. * Fold in the chocolate chips into the cookie dough. * Chill the dough for 15-20 minutes to let it set before scooping. * Scoop the dough and make a dent to fill the toffee or caramel sauce. * Place onto the prepared baking sheet. * Chill for atleast 30 minutes or overnight before baking. * Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. The centers should still be slightly soft. * Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. #banoffe #banoffeecookie #cookies #bananacookies #fyp
