jax was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer back in may. even though we were told he only had about a month left he gave us two months full of adventures and love. so grateful we knew that he had limited time and were able to live it up camping and road tripping and eating all the snacks. we had seen him slowing down this past week and knew his time was coming. we made an in home euthanasia appointment for next week but one day we woke up and knew he wouldnt be able to make it any longer. i never thought i’d see the day where my always hungry lab would turn down food. we’re so glad we were able to give him the peaceful transition he deserved, in our arms at home with us. love you so much fat boi. thank you for eight years of adventures and unconditional love. ill miss you forever 💕 #petlossgrief #dogcancersucks #lastdaywithmydog #dogslastday
