After so much progress with his training, this was a heartbreaking setback - no matter what I tried, he just wouldn’t move. I’m so grateful his grandpa was home, I have no idea how long we would have been out there on that curb. Plus, he was SO excited to see him I think he may have even forgotten that he was scared. And… despite how hard all of this was, I was reminded today that change is not always perfect. We all have moments like these - where we fall back into old habits or fears. TRUST YOUR DOG ✍️ What do you do when your dog won’t stop barking? Myko’s Quiet Ears are often SO helpful when he’s barking for no reason (yes, that happens- he’s an anxious guy who will bark at a bag blowing in the wind). But sometimes there IS a reason…he’s sensing danger! We are learning that figuring out WHY he is barking is a bit of a learning curve and different barks require different types of responses or interventions. The moment when he finally closes his eyes 🥺 Every time I feel sad I just watch videos like this one of our sweet boy and I always feel better. What's your pet's sleepy or bed time routine?
