I remember when i first started posting on social media. It was 2021 and brand money was flowing like gold was in the 1840s. Things have already changed rapidly. Marketing money is tight & brands increasingly demand proof of conversion before working long term with creators. Many smaller and mid market creators have dropped out, unable to balance the grind of creation with the necessary prospect of paying bills. For many, creation is and always will be a side hustle. A way to brand themselves and market their businesses. To attain the true riches in social media is incredibly rare, difficult, & the product of tremendous effort. Creation remains a part time income stream for me, and likely will stay that way for the near future. Still, i love creating content, and im incredibly proud to represent my fellow content creators with my firm @ForCreatorsByCreatorsPC.
