My body has changed a lot at 37 weeks preg. I've lost a quite a bit of muscle, my shoulders are non existent by this point 😆 because of being so inconsistent with training due to being so busy with work and traveling, and obviously l've put on some body fat that hides my muscle definition (this doesn't bother me btw!).But I just want to show you ladies incase you're feeling down or disheartened that you've gained some weight, or you haven't been able to train as consistently as you usually do, because same same! We are growing a special little human and we can only do the best we can and this is only temporary 😊 remember that weight gain isn't permanent and we have something called muscle memory! Training in the AM is definitely the key to being able to get my workout in when I'm feeling energized! I'm not trying to get any sort of results atm, but as you can see I do the same training every week. If you want results you need to have the discipline to do the same workouts over and over and be consistent with it at the same time! 🫶🏼💪🏼 #36weekspregnant
