Not bigger” 🥺 1️⃣You’re not going to get bigger by accident, trust me, I intentionally try and its not easy. 2️⃣Who taught you that you had to be small in order to be worthy, sexy, feminine❓ 💰People that feed off your insecurities. Take up space! Show your strength! 3️⃣Some women genetically have big arms… So you can spend your whole life trying do something that won’t change or you can change the negative in your head 
4️⃣There is no way in hell that you will look at your arms (them being the exact same size they are now, just tighter and stronger, and be like “ughhhh looking strong is so ugly, I rather be loose and small.” Like what?!
