I call it a top 3 favorite side dish and I make it using: •One bag of shredded hash browns (20-30 oz) •1 cup of Cream of Chicken Soup •1 cup of Sour Cream •1/2 onion diced and sautéd •3-4 cloves of garlic (or as much as you want) •1 cup of shredded cheddar & muenster cheese (or as much as you want) •Salt, pepper, & cayenne to taste Throw it in the oven on 375 for an hour.
