Day 24/20- Big Mac Tacos (finally) Ingredients: makes 2 - 250g beef mince - Small tortilla - Shredded lettuce - 2 slices plastic cheese - 1/4 cup mayo - 1/2 tsp onion powder - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp paprika - 1/2 tsp mustard - 1 tsp pickle relish - 1/2 tsp white vinegar - Fine diced onion - Fine diced pickles - Sesame seeds for garnish 1. Make special sauce by combining mayo, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, mustard, pickle relish and white vinegar in a bowl and stirring to combine. Set aside 2. Half the mince and roll into balls, press 1 ball of beef onto each tortilla, creating an even, smooth layer of mince. Sprinkle some diced onion on top and press into the mince. Season with salt and black pepper 3. Heat a non-stick frying pan on high heat. Spray a little oil and place the tortilla meat-side down, press firmly to get good contact between the meat and the heat. Cook for 2-3 mins before flipping and adding a slice of cheese. Cook for another 1-2 mins, making sure the meat is cooked through, but the tortilla doesn’t burn. 4.
