Spicy fried bologna sandwiches! Thick cut up some bologna and fry it up in some bacon fat. Adding some magical cheese from @deercreekcheese call “The Rattlesnake” which is infused with tequila and habanero pepper. Coating brioche bread with some mayo so it crisps up golden brown, and adding thick slice of fresh tomato. Sweet Honey Ham Omelette for the win!! Throwing down some BaconUp pure filtered bacon fat over medium high heat, candied up some ham/jalapeno and sweet onion in that new Sweet Honey Japanese BBQ sauce from Bachan’s. Lower the heat down to medium low and give that griddle a quick cleaning. Once the heat is down, add more bacon fat and 4 scrambled up eggs. Let them gently cook while we candy up some jalapeño slices to use on top. Add your filling with the cheese of your choice, then fold your omelette. I topped mine with cheese, candied jalapeños and the rest of the filling. Then a healthy dose of that Sweet Honey BBQ sauce. BAM this was the tastiest omelette I have ever had. Two questions I get all the time “How are you not 400lbs??” and “What do you do with all that food??” Well they both have the same answer, we don’t eat it all. The lions share we give away. I have always felt called by God to feed people, and now social media has given me the means to do so on a larger scale. Each week we go into the community and bless a local business, school, church, shelter, police department with a meal. This video is just an example of what happens after the camera stops filming, and the food is prepped to be delivered.
