Cachopo Asturiano🤤 It is a dish characteristic of Asturian cuisine (north of Spain!) and it’s so yummy and easy to make! Ingredients: - 2 beef steaks (if they don’t sell thin beef steaks at your grocery store, you can buy one and cut it in half!) - Serrano ham (Use prosciutto if you can’t find Serrano ham! I used about 3 slices but add as much as you want)) - Cheese (I used Swiss cheese but again, use your favorite cheese! I used 3 slices) - Eggs (I used 2) - Bread crumbs - Salt and pepper - I used 3 toothpicks to get the two pieces of meat together and took them out after I fried them!
