Making sense of the headline: Mr Beast Sues Mr Beast Burger (Virtual Dining Concepts) who countersues Mr Beast for 100 million. Ghost kitchens, virtual brands, and the result of not controlling the means of production 😅 #mrbeast #mrbeastburger #lawsuit #ghostkitchen #grubhub #doordash #capitalism #qualitycontrol

The “Economy” is different for rich people 🙄🤦🏻♂️ People who own assets (real estate, stocks, crypto etc) are doing BETTER THAN EVER. They’re totally out of touch with average Americans, so they don’t understand why “the poors” complain so much about things that don’t really impact them #economy #inflation #housing #stockmarket #assets #crypto

Cheese caves, butter mountains, wine lakes, & syrup surpluses are all real food surpluses caused by government intervention or subsidy. Some, like Canada’s syrup reserve, are strategic and to hedge against annual changes in production. The others (like the cheese caves) are often an unintended consequence of government subsidies and interventionism gone wrong (I couldnt stich @user4390043225658 but i HIGHLY recommend you watch their video on the cheese caves, apparently we can thank the goverment and the surplus for cheese stuffed crust on pizza 🤯) The worst case being in France last year, because of a surplus of wine produced and not consumed during the pandemic and younger people drinking less in general, requiring the government to spend 200 million to destroy 80 million gallons to prevent the price from crashing and the workers from going unemployed. Did you know this? And do you know of any other unique food reserves either strategic or unintentional? #cheese #dairyindustry #wine #maplesyrup #foodreserve #buttermountain #cheeselover #government #france #canada #gotmilkchallenge

Amazon AI = Amazon assigning Indians to do it 🙃🤦🏻♂️ Turns out Amazon’s “frictionless” Just Walk Out technology where you could walk in, grab what you needed, and walk out, was mostly just a team of up to 1000 offshore employees reviewing video footage and following up with the bill. They’ve now scraped this service (even though they’re still selling it to other retailers on their website) in favor of some WallE looking shopping carts that scan the items you add to it as you go. What’s really funny (& slightly disturbing) is that Wall Street doesn’t care at all and Amazon’s stock has only gone up since the news broke. This came out the same day as Bezos buying ANOTHER mansion for 90 million on Indian Creek Village in Miami (aka billionaires bunker) for a place to live while he tears down his other 2 150million dollar homes after saving 600 million in taxes this year. Must be nice. #amazon #amazonfresh #justwalkout #amazonai #aws #jeffbezos #amazonindia

I KEPT seeing thee 2-3 things in the resumes that were sent to me. Of course each one had its own individual and specialized feedback (almost done sending out those notes), but most of them are easy fixes 🤠 Tell me, What have you accomplished there? Don’t tell me what do you do there. Make sure your listed skills are real skills, softwares you know, languages you speak, not something I’d already know from your title or responsibilities like “customer service expert” Disclaimer: I’m not a recruiter, and I highly recommend you get your resume reviewed by a real expert who has insight into what industry you specifically are looking to enter. These are my opinions, and my personal knowledge from my years of experience applying for positions before I found a format that worked for me (simpler the better). It helped me get jobs at companies like Google, & interviews at probably 50%+ of the companies I applied to back in the day when I was searching for a job (albeit it’s been almost 5 years). #career #resume #jobsearch #jobseekers #resumetips #careeradvice #careertiktok #applyingforjobs
