If YES then you should stick with your current retinoid. If you’re already getting the results you’re looking for then it means your retinoid is working for your skin. Your retinol journey is life-long so there is no need to increase the strength if your current retinoid is working for you. But if you’ve still not met your skin goals, then proceed to question 2! 2️⃣ Is my skin tolerant to my current retinoid? If you haven’t met your skin goals and your skin is tolerant to your current retinoid then it may be time to increase the strength of your retinoid.
