DAY 30/30‼️ WE DID IT. As a consistently inconsistent person, I’m so proud of sticking with this series and actually putting in the work every day during the craziest time of year 🥹 Also, I do not wake up at 5-5:30am every day. Thats for weekdays. I try to be up before 8am most days! The time you wake up doesn’t really matter. It’s more about the sequence of habits that you have when you wake up, so for me it’s wake up, workout, eat. Simple and easy! The series is NOT over.
