Grandma’s chicken & mushroom rice lives on @ZWILLING Canada #ad RECIPE: 3-4 chicken thighs, skin on pinch salt pinch pepper 6oz cremini mushrooms 1/2 tsp herb de provence 1 cup long grain rice, washed 1 1/2 cups chicken broth 1 can Campbell’s mushroom soup 1 pckg Knorr’s onion soup mix Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Season chicken with salt and pepper. In an oiled skillet, sear chicken for 4-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside. Add sliced mushrooms to the pan & herb de provence. Sauté until browned, remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients to your ceramic pot, place thighs and mushrooms on top. Cover with lid. Bake for 50-60 minutes until rice has absorbed all the liquid and the chicken is cooked through. (For an entirely one pot meal, place raw seasoned thighs and raw sliced mushrooms, along with remaining ingredients in your ceramic— bake at 350 for 90 minutes.)
