Let’s chat… food morality I used to fear food. I was so convinced that there were good foods and bad foods. The truth is, food is fuel. Allows you to survive and perform. It allows you to socialize and spend time with your family. Stop demonizing foods and start using it as your energy source. No one is blind to the fact that there are certain foods that have higher nutritional value than others. But in order to maintain a healthy and peaceful relationship with food you have to be aware you’re allowed to have all food groups. In the comments let me know if you’re a batch prepper or meal prepper! Batch prepping comes in handy when you’re super sick of eating the same things throughout the week but you only wanna cook minimal ingredients! You can make so many different meals out of a few main staples! This week I made chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, steak seasoning and Japanese bbq that I get from Costco. I also made roasted potatoes with the same seasonings and zucchini. Now that the weather is getting nicer take advantage of the grill! In my opinion it’s the best tasting foods to reheat over the course of the next few days!
