Can you believe this was from 3 years ago this month? 😂 I found this BTS footage that my client shot on the day we made this video. Him filming was NOT PLANNED. And added to the pressure! 🤣 (Hope you enjoy seeing what happens behind the making of the video) A few things you may not know about me. 1. I HATE dancing, let alone in front of anyone. 2. I am actually very SHY in situations I am not comfortable with. (Shooting this video in front of my clients ENTIRE family. 3. I was Soooooo nervous doing this video. But I had to channel some confidence to do it. I remember saying in my head “don’t worry, you don’t look like an idiot, your clients don’t know you are nervous so act like someone who just crushed this amazing sale!” Context for the video. It was Covid (2 months into it) We had just sold this 4.6M dollar home (which at the time was the highest sale ever in Islington Woods) I represented both the Buyer and the Seller. We never even listed this home and sold it off market because we generated 7 qualified direct showings just from some of our instagram and TikTok videos. It was an epic sale for me and we wanted to do something fun.
