The absolute best part of sharing my journey over the years has been connecting with the most epic group of humans along the way from all over the world. I learned so much diving deep with @Bela Divine about healing ancestral trauma and the importance of connecting with our unique lineage. Bela is a Mystic, mentor, and psychotherapist who merges her Native lineage with modern psychotherapy to support people in healing ancestral trauma.
