Avena trasnochada (fria) sabor a cheesecake de churro 😋❤️ Ingredientes/Ingredients ⬇️ •1/2 taza de avena a la antigua •1 cucharada chías •1 cucharada de pudín cheesecake zero azucar •Pizca de canela •1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla •1 cucharada de agave o miel (Opcional dependiendo del nivel de dulzura) •2 cucharadas de yogur griego con proteína de vainilla •1 taza de leche de almendra sabor a vainilla TOPPINGS: •Fresas picadas •Pizca de canela con azucar •leche consensada (opcional, pueden omitir para reducir el nivel de azucar) La avena trasnochada es uno de mis desayunos favoritos por que son muy prácticos y te los puedes llevar cuando estas de prisa. Lo que hace esta avena mas especial son los frascos de vidrio que vienen con su cuchara y un compartimento para apartar los toppings. De esta manera no se aguadan. Les doy un 10/10 a los frascos. English: •1/2 cup old fashion oatmeal •1 tbsp chia seeds •1tbsp cheesecake pudding •Dash of Cinnamon •1 tsp vanilla extract •1 tbsp agave or honey (optional depending on sweetness level) •2tbsp vanilla protein greek yogurt •1 cup almond milk TOPPINGS: •Diced strawberries •Cinnamon sugar •Condensed milk (optional, can definitely cut out to cut the sugar intake) I love making overnight oats because they are so practical, so easy to make, and the combinations are endless! I just pop them in the fridge and they are ready to go the next morning. Also the refrigeration time varies from 24-48 hours because the longer they sit the softer the oatmeal will be.
