Cachopo Asturiano🤤 It is a dish characteristic of Asturian cuisine (north of Spain!) and it’s so yummy and easy to make! Ingredients: - 2 beef steaks (if they don’t sell thin beef steaks at your grocery store, you can buy one and cut it in half!) - Serrano ham (Use prosciutto if you can’t find Serrano ham! I used about 3 slices but add as much as you want)) - Cheese (I used Swiss cheese but again, use your favorite cheese! I used 3 slices) - Eggs (I used 2) - Bread crumbs - Salt and pepper - I used 3 toothpicks to get the two pieces of meat together and took them out after I fried them! Salmorejo, Spain’s cold tomato soup is one of my favorite dishes during summertime🍅🫶🏻 Salmorejo is similar to gazpacho, the difference is that salmorejo does NOT have green pepper nor cucumber and you eat it as a soup served in a bowl and with a spoon (gazpacho is a drink instead and you drink in a glass!) Ingredients for 6/8 people: - 1kg of tomatoes (2.20 pounds) - 250g of bread (8.81 ounces) If you want it thicker add more bread! - 1 clove garlic - 8 grams of salt (1/2tbsp) - 100ml of extra virgin olive oil (1/2 cup) On top: - Hard boiled eggs (as much aa you want!) - Jamon iberico/jamon serrano/ prosciutto… whatever you have at home! - drizzle of olive oil ENJOY!!🍅🇪🇸🫶🏻 #spanishfood #spanishcuisine #salmorejo #salmorejocordobes #soup #souprecipe #easyrecipe #spain #tiktokespaña #learnontiktok #fypツ
