Burger bowls 🍔🤤✨ recipe deets below! 👇🏼 If you want to save time.. make the ground beef & salad dressing the day before so when you want it for lunch all you have to do is toss it all together. :) What you’ll need: 1lb ground beef 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon paprika Optional toppings: Chopped romaine lettuce Shredded cheddar cheese Chopped dill pickles Chopped grape tomatoes Pickled red onion or regular Avocado Bacon Burger sauce/dressing (makes 5-6 servings) 1/3 cup mayo 1/4 cup ketchup 2 tbsp dill relish 2 tbsp sweet pickle juice (from a jar of sweet pickles) 1/4 tsp garlic powder
1. Preheat a skillet to medium heat. Once hot add in the ground beef and cook about 5-7 minutes until fully brown. 2. Once the meat is near finished add in the seasonings. Mix well and leave on the pan a few more minutes until cooked. 3. To make the burger sauce, add 1/3 cup mayo, 1/4 cup ketchup, 2 tbs dill relish, 2 tbs sweet pickle juice, and 1/4 tsp of garlic powder to a bowl and mix well. Place in the fridge until you are ready to assemble the salad. 4. To a bowl add romaine lettuce, the cooked ground beef, any of the toppings you’d like, and then the dressing. 30 minute chicken teriyaki lettuce wraps 🤤 recipe deets below!! 👇🏼 What you’ll need: 1 lb ground chicken 1 tbsp avocado oil 8 oz mushrooms, chopped 1 small yellow onion, chopped 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce of choice 2 tsp sesame oil 1 tbsp ginger powder 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 1 tbsp minced garlic 1/2 cup uncooked quinoa Bib lettuce Green onions (for garnish) Sriracha (for garnish) Instructions: 1. Start cooking the quinoa according to the package instructions. 2. Preheat a large skillet to medium heat. Add the avocado oil, and once hot, add the ground chicken. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked. 3. Next, add the chopped onions and mushrooms and saute for about 5 minutes until soft. 4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, add the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, ginger powder, and red pepper flakes. (omit red pepper flakes if you don’t like a spicy kick) Mix until everything is well incorporated. 5. Once the veggies are soft, add the cooked quinoa (it should be just over a cup of cooked quinoa), then the sauce. Mix well and let it simmer for a couple of minutes until the sauce is well soaked into the meat mixture. 6. Place as many of the bibb lettuce leaves as you’d like on a plate and add a scoop of the meat mixture to each one. Top with sliced green onions and a drizzle of sriracha.
