A s’mores tart!! The sun came out this week and all I could think about was camping and s’mores. Sorry (but also not sorry) for no recipe here! Sometimes I just wanna bake. And not spend hours testing and calculating and photographing and filming and editing and typing and proofreading. Espresso Baked Oats! Hellooooo balanced breakfast!! These oats are easy to make & serve up carbs, protein, healthy fats, and fibre for a nourishing and delicious brekkie 😋 I love blending my baked oats mixtures because there’s so much variation possible - you can skip the cottage cheese & add Greek yogurt or an egg, you can add extra protein with some protein powder, you can add a scoop of Nutella, you can toss in some nuts or fruits… it’s truly a “make it your own”! Recipe: 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup milk (or plant based milk) 1/4 cup cottage cheese 1 banana Pinch of salt Add-ins: 1 tsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp espresso powder, 1 handful chocolate chips Blend everything together. Pour into an oven-safe dish. Bake at 375 for 20 mins. Top with peanut butter if you’d like, and enjoy! #healthybreakfast #bakedoats #highprotein
